My name is Lindsay Martin, I currently work for Warwickshire County Council as a Lead Practitioner in the Practice and Learning Hub delivering training and development to all Children and Families services. Having completed my MA in Early Years and Education in 2010 my career has led to a variety of experiences to bring to the Protective Behaviours Training Partnership.

My career started in the Early Years, developing on to Community Education Work and moving into lecturing, and managing a College Early Years and Health and Social Care department. I have worked in local authorities undertaking MASH duties and supporting social workers and I also spent five years as a Special Constable for West Midlands Police. I was Trained by Ann Seal to be the PB Trainer for Coventry in 2013 and after a long gap have recently completed my re-accreditation to support Warwickshire staff. I hope to bring all of this experience to support the continued work of PBs.
